About Medic Sør
Medic Sør is a company based in Grimstad, Norway, that has provided medical preparedness and healthcare services to events and businesses across Norway since 2007. We provide experienced ambulance workers, paramedics, nurses and doctors, and offer preparedness solutions for both small and large assignments.
Our story
From Southern Norway to all of Norway
Medic Sør started in 2007 with first aid cover at events in Southern Norway. Over the years we have become an established provider of medical services to some of the country's largest festivals, concerts and sports events.
The business is built on many years of practical experience from the ambulance service and emergency medicine. That experience has shaped how we work, in planning, staffing and handling medical incidents.
In recent years we have also expanded into building, construction and industry. Here we provide medical preparedness directly at the workplace, with healthcare staff, treatment facilities and equipment adapted to each project.
The assignments differ, but the foundation is the same: experienced healthcare staff, good planning and a practical approach to medical preparedness.
