Medic Sør AS (org. no. 933 355 306, Bark Silas vei 5, 4876 Grimstad, Norway) is the controller for the personal data processed on medicsor.no. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have.
When you contact us
If you use one of the forms on the website, we store what you fill in: name, email address, phone number and what you write about the event, the project or yourself. The information is used to reply to your enquiry and give you a quote. It is stored in the website's administration tool and sent to us by email, and deleted when the enquiry has been dealt with, at the latest after twelve months, unless it leads to an agreement.
If you call or send an email, we process the information in the same way.
Statistics
We measure how many people visit the website and which pages are read, with a tool that does not use cookies and does not store IP addresses or other information that can be linked to you. The website sets no cookies for marketing.
Sharing
We do not sell or pass on your information. Processors who run the website and send email for us process the information only on our behalf and under agreement.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to the processing. Send an email to post@medicsor.no and we will reply within one month. If you believe we have not respected your rights, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
